Swift Responses to Your Returns Request
As a long-time dealer of luxury bags in the Philippines, you have our full, undivided support when it comes to your purchase! Mommy Micah is committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free returns process for you, such that every request is within reason and done in good faith.
Mommy Micah accepts returns and swaps within a 7-day period after receipt of purchase and only under the following circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be processed if the item meets the following conditions:
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Item(s) proven inauthentic by a reliable third-party authentication service such as Entrupy, Legit Grails, Real Authentication, or Zeko.
- Major undisclosed flaws that were not declared in the product description (e.g. tarnished hardware, large stains, cracked glazing, large stains, frayed fabric).
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not acceptable for returns:
- Minor signs of wear
- Bags that have been used, repaired, or altered any time after purchase.
- Items without its original packaging, tags, accessories, or inclusions.
Rights and Disclaimers
MommyMicah Luxe Bag Store reserves the right to refuse return/refund requests under the following conditions. Our shop reserves the rights to refuse requests for returns under the following circumstances:
- Returns/Refunds requests must be within 7 days from item receipt. Requests beyond this period are no longer valid.
- Any alteration will make an item invalid for return/refund.
- Items sold through clearance sales or live selling discounts are deemed final.
- Request for item returns due to the wrong size will not be accepted. It is the client’s responsibility to check the size before checking out the item.
- Clients must book their courier of choice. We are not liable for damage incurred during the shipment process.
