We are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays and 1:00PM to 8:00PM every Saturday.

How long does it take for items to be shipped?
Our standard procedure is to ship fully paid items within 2–3 business days from the date of payment. We promise to dispatch your items as quickly as possible so you can receive them at the soonest time.
How much is your shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on your chosen courier and destination.
For Metro Manila, you may book via Lalamove or Grab Express.
For provincial deliveries, we ship items through LBC.

Do you charge consignment fees?
We do not charge consignment fees for luxury bags.
For shoes, a ₱3,000 storage fee applies.

Brand New
Item is fresh from the boutique and have been purchased not more than a month ago. Condition of the bag is as is as when it was purchased from the store.
Kept Unused 9.8/10
Item has only been stored and not been used since it was bought from the store. It oftentimes looks, feels and smells the same as it did when it was purchased from the store. Although there may be others that could show some surface flaws due to improper storage like dent marks from chain straps or dust.
Good as New 9.7/10
Item may have been used once or several times with little to no signs of use. It is in near perfect condition and may have some minor imperfections that are barely visible.
Pristine Condition 9.5/10
Item may have been used several times with very minimal signs of use that are not bothering like hairline scratches on the hardware but no major noticeable flaws.
Excellent Condition 9/10
Item may have a few normal signs of wear like light rubs or scuffings, one or two scratches or edge paint imperfections, creases under a flap bag but the exterior and interior parts of the bag are still in excellent condition.
Great Condition 8.5/10
Item remains in Great shape but has more imperfections than items in excellent condition. Items in this condition are usually older bags with obvious signs of aging like darkening of handles / vachette, rubbing, or leather softening.
Good Condition 8/10
Item may have numerous visible flaws like corner rubbings, minor discolorations, interior dirt or stain marks, obvious leather softening, watermarks or other usual signs of wear and tear that may be bothering to others but are often sold at hugely discounted prices compared to items in better condition.
